Info on U of M-Twin Cities teaming with seven public two-year colleges around Minnesota to offer the Minnesota Cooperative Admissions Program.  When you enroll in this program you will be guaranteed transfer admission to one of the participating U of M majors when you meet certain conditions.

DPI Precollege Scholarship Program: There are many wonderful opportunities available during the summer months to help low-income students improve their academic skills and, at the same time, learn about college.  Now is the time to get your students in grades 6-12 enrolled in the hundreds of programs offered on college campuses across the state.  DPI has $2.1 million for scholarships for students who qualify for free/reduced price school meals.
