Make lunch and breakfast payments online
The “e~Funds For Schools” program is a convenient payment service available to parents. When you select this service, you can make electronic payments and eliminate the need for cash or checks for lunch and breakfast payments. Payments may be made from your checking account or debit/credit card.
A parent can pay for all children linked to their account within the same transaction. Clubhouse and School Nutrition payments can be combined into the same transaction.
- Checking Account: $1.50 service fee per transaction with a $750.00 transaction limit.
- Credit/Debit Card: $2.95 service fee per $100 increments with a $1000.00 transaction limit.

Question: Is this online payment system secure?
Answer: Yes! e~Funds for Schools understands parents’ concerns regarding the safety and security of their financial information. In order to provide the maximum protection in safeguarding each parent’s banking information, e-Funds for Schools uses the “Ultimate Security Service” to process credit card payments as well as payments submitted through the touch tone phone system. All credit card and bank data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by any school employee.
Question: Do I have to pay a convenience fee if I make payments online?
Answer: Yes. See the fees listed above.
Question: Can I pay for other school-related expenses through e~Funds?
Answer: At this time, e~Funds can be used for only school meals and Clubhouse payments.
Question: If I have overpaid fees for some reason, can I receive a credit to my account electronically through this system?
Answer: The company is working on that functionality for the future, but for now if you are due a refund of fees (we only refund amounts over $1) we will cut a check to you.
Question: Can I set up an automatic payment for my child’s lunch account?
Answer: Yes. After setting up a schedule for payments on our website, you will be notified via email for each transaction as a warning that you have scheduled that payment. If you need to stop the schedule payment, you must do so before midnight that same day.
Question: Will this new system keep track of all payments that I have made to the school district for the entire year and for all of my children?
Answer: Yes and Yes!
