I began teaching in Amery as a substitute teacher in 2011.  In 2014 I began teaching Technology Education at the Middle School.  Prior to education I worked in the manufacturing sector for 15 years.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in 1989.  In 2015, I completed Project Teaching, a teacher certification program in Ladysmith WI.

I grew up on our family farm in Hector MN. I have lived in Amery over 20 years.  Outside of school I am involved with Destination Imagination and 4H.  In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family.
